Federal capability
Section 508 remains a core capability. We scope testing against the Revised Section 508 Standards and document results for federal program offices, acquisition teams, and the primes delivering to them.
What we do
Independent Accessibility Validation, Document Accessibility & Remediation, and VPAT / ACR Services can all be applied to federal requirements. VPAT or ACR work is a separate contracted deliverable when the engagement requires it.
Manual evaluation against the Revised Section 508 Standards, which incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA, plus any newer WCAG version required by the contract or agency policy. Testing follows the DHS Trusted Tester methodology, with the assistive technology and screen reader testing stated in the statement of work.
VPAT and ACR preparation or review supported by the testing evidence and sign-off responsibilities agreed for the engagement.
Public notices, policy documents, forms and board materials remediated to Section 508 and PDF/UA, with a conformance check on every document in the agreed scope.
Named accessibility subcontractor support on federal awards, including flow-down obligations, acceptance criteria review, and post-award delivery.
