Prime contractor FAQ

  • Can 508Audit team as a subcontractor on our prime?
Yes. 508Audit is a Delaware-registered firm with active SAM.gov registration and NAICS 541519 (primary), 541511, 541512, 541611, and 541990. We routinely team with primes as an independent accessibility subcontractor.
  • Do you support proposal-phase work?
Yes — VPAT preparation for the products in your stack, capability narrative for the accessibility-relevant sections of your technical volume, and past-performance references on request. Rush ACR delivery in 72 hours is available for proposal deadlines.
  • Will you sign an NDA and follow our CMMC / FedRAMP posture?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs as standard and operate under our partner's data-handling requirements during the engagement. We do not retain client production data; deliverables are produced from sampled artifacts the prime provides.
  • Do you provide post-award delivery support?
Yes. Remediation-as-a-Service retainers (Patch / Hardening / Embedded), document accessibility remediation, and per-release ACR refresh under a continuous conformance program. We support delivery from kickoff through closeout.
