Your team may need a precise piece of work, not another large consulting engagement. We can scope a representative document diagnostic, a targeted accessibility test, remediation QA, or review of third-party output, with documented findings and a clear boundary around what was and was not assessed.
Document Accessibility Diagnostic
Review a defined sample of PDFs or source documents, and deliver a baseline, observed barriers, a prioritized finding log, and remediation effort estimates. A sample is not a complete library audit.
Accessibility Testing and Evidence
Test agreed pages, templates, workflows, or documents against the applicable Section 508 and WCAG requirements, and deliver issue evidence with actionable remediation guidance.
Remediation QA and Retesting
Review a specified batch or set of fixes, document remaining issues, and verify the defined closure criteria.
Third-Party Output Validation
Independently validate accessibility output produced by another vendor or platform when independence is appropriate. When 508 Audit performs the remediation itself, we describe subsequent review as QA or validation.
VPAT and ACR Support
Scoped evidence review, preparation support, or buyer-side assessment as appropriate. No ACR is included in a small diagnostic unless separately contracted.
We offer two distinct things, and we keep them labelled. First, remediation production with our own quality assurance applied to it. Second, independent evaluation of output produced by a third party. Review of work we produced ourselves is quality assurance, and we do not describe it as independent.
Standalone website audit
Independent Website Accessibility Audits Before Launch
For government contractors and public-sector web teams preparing a completed website for acceptance and production. We scope the WCAG 2.2 Level AA evaluation to the agreed website, workflows, components, and release requirements.
The audit does not guarantee complete conformance or buyer acceptance. A website audit is distinct from reviewing an existing platform or vendor ACR, and from authoring a new ACR; either ACR service is included only when contracted.
