Procurement and RFI intake: When you submit a request for information or quotation we collect the contact details, role, inquiry type, organisation, procurement details you choose to supply (such as vehicle, NAICS, set-aside, response date, and period of performance), the scope description, your indicated timeline and budget range, and your contact preference.
Supporting document uploads: Files you attach to an RFI submission are uploaded to private storage and are not publicly accessible. Please do not upload classified, personal, or sensitive information that is not necessary for scoping.
Website measurement: This Site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage. It records page views, the pages you visit, referring website, approximate location derived from your network address, device and browser type, and whether a contact or procurement form was submitted. It does not record the content of your form submissions. Google acts as our analytics provider and may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser for this purpose. We do not operate an advertising network on this website and we do not sell this information.
Abuse prevention: To limit automated form abuse we record a short-lived submission record derived from the network address or email address used to submit a form.
2. How We Use Your Information

Our website hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, and website analytics (Google Analytics) are operated by third-party service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or governmental authority, in connection with a merger or sale of assets with appropriate protections, or to protect the rights and safety of 508 Audit, our clients, or others.
5. Data Retention
Inquiry records and uploaded documents are retained for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, perform any resulting engagement, and meet our record-keeping and legal obligations. We review deletion requests and delete information when required or appropriate, subject to applicable contractual, security, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations; we do not operate an automated deletion schedule.
